Egypt Diary

These pics were clicked at Philae Temple & Abu Simbel, It was my childhood dream to visit this place and i really have to thank my trek partner for coming along and making this trip possible. I have made lots of backpacking trips since then but Egypt will always hold that special place in my heart.

I'm sure that was an amazing trip. There is so much to learn in that part of the world, some spend a lifetime at it.

How wonderful that you got to visit Egypt--it sounds like such an interesting place. I too would love to go there and "soakup" all the history and culture (hopefully, things will calm down and make it a little safer for visitors). Thank you for sharing your great pictures. I love your tennis shoe shots too--very creative and clever idea. Mickie :)

Egypt really is wonderful and definitely worth visiting.

I recommend you go there on a least tourist trip as possible. For my visit I chose to go with an agency, but nonetheless succeeded in being more of a traveller then a tourist.

If you are wondering how I did it, you can check it out on my blog and enjoy a bunch of beautiful photos in the process.
